Lol, that made me laugh.
Anyhow, try updating your graphic card's drivers to the latest version and restart your PC afterwards.
If that didn't work, try experimenting with the game's settings. (Putting everything on lowest settings etc.)

Well i'ts already updated my graphic card driver!

Would'nt be any outdated mod?

That was what I was about to ask now; do you have any Mods and/or Custom Content?
Seen the answer is "Yes", first remove ALL of them and try again.
If you find out that the Mods are the problem, either update or remove the "corrupt" one(s).

Well i'm removed all of them and it's good to go!

But there is a problem i had to remove all mods that i'm downloaded from G4TW(The Sims 3 Store 2009 - 2011).

Glad it works now!
I recommend you put your Mods back in pairs of 10 and then start the game. If you have any problems, you know that one of those 10 is causing a problem and you should remove it. Keep doing this, until you've filtered/removed all the "corrupt" Mods.
