Why cant i find my custom content in the game i tried online solutions but they all include "enable custom content" option which is not found in the game...
is there any way i can use cc in the game ?

Hello, and welcome to the forum, 
download CC from many CC creators like LumiaLoverSims, KiwiSims 4 and many more. Download CC you want, extract it (look at creators notice), some CC shouldn't be extracted. Pick CC that you want and place it in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. Run The Sims 4, and go to Game Options, select tab Other, and make sure that Enable Custom Content and Script Mods are checked. Your CC now should work fine.
It's good to bookmark creators website to check back if there are updated mods, so you can update them, when new Ultimate Fix is released.
Hope this made it clearer.
