Sims 4 Ultimate Fix Crashes after "New items" notification closes. [SOLVED]

Basically the title. I have looked everywhere for a solution, but my problem seems to be very odd.
1. I open the game
2. Game Loads
3. On main menu screen, when new items notifications come up, I close them, but here's the thing...
It freezes, but only after I close the "Dine Out" notification. I can close out every other one, except for Dine Out, and I have no option to not close it. It is very infuriating. If anyone can help me, it'd be awesome.

I should also mention that I can alt+tab out, but my screen, excluding my taskbar, is white. I am unable to view anything else, including task manager, meaning I am unable to close it at all. therefore, I must restart my PC every time I try to open it and experience failure. 

I have reinstalled multiple times, restarted my pc multiple times, and tried a solution that I read, which involved deleting the ReticulatedSplinesView file and replacing it with a .txt version.

I feel like this is an issue with Dine Out, but I am very unsure and confused.

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

Did you install Games4theworld's previous TS4 items too, and in the following order ?

Base game -> Get to Work -> Get together -> Ultimate fix ?

Hey! I managed to reinstall everything, it appears that I literally installed get together before ultimate fix...
guess that was it. That was such a simple fix, all because I wasn't paying attention. thanks dude, now i feel dumb lmao
