Mods won't show up after latest Ultimate Fix/DineOutPatch

I just installed all of the Ultimate Fix and Dine Out patch and the game is working fine except none of my mods are showing up. I have tried several times to change the settings in the Game Options and restarting the game and I have checked to make sure that all my Mods are still in the appropriate folder, yet they still won't show up in game. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it?

Since Dine Out many mods/hacks can no longer be used.
You'll need a new version for these mods.

Hello @smokeytaboo,

Try downloading any (script) mod that is compatible with the game version 1.20.60.1020. If the game doesn't let you re-activate old mods, even after checking the setting in the options, there will be reasons for that. Namely, that your old stuff doesn't work anymore with the current 1.20. patch version.
