sims 3 "please insert disk 1 that contains sunset valley" Empty sims 3 "please insert disk 1 that contains sunset valley"

i've read the how to install insrtuctions and looked at other posts but i havent seen this problem. Disk 1 is open and i found the sunset valley.objectcache and i entered the path but the installer is still not seeing it. What do i do to fix this? thank you

Please take the original file that you've downloaded and extract it with WinRAR, then try again.
