Problem with Dine Out

Hi ! I need some help....i installled dine out and put it in the sims 4 folder....but it doesn't show up in the game....i also installed the ultimate fix ...and also all my progression is gone

did you install The Sims 4 in this order Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get Together -> Ultimate Fix?

I don't remember...i installed it for the first time in december 2015

but right now i reinstall the game from A to Z to see if it's working
