I found the problem

First of all...i just noticed that the ultimate fix update didn't updated my game , i did all the things and copied all the files in Documents/The Sims 4 ( and i cut it from the Electronic Arts ) and the update doesn't show up in the game....the version is still the same

Did you copied and replace files from Ultimate Fix? Is your The Sims 4 directory C:\Program Files(x86) or C:\Program Files?

Where ? From C:\Program Files(x86) - The Sims 4 ????
1. You must copy/paste
2. Your installtion folder shoul not be in the folder Electronic Arts.
