Can't hire a chef for my Restaurant

Hi Guys,
i am having some trouble with Dine out, when i try to hire my Restaurant staff i can hire just waiter and host but not a Chef. Does anyone know why?

try deleting cache files. To do so, open your Documents folder (or a folder where your The Sims 4 save same folder is), Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. There’ you’ll find a folder called Cache and a file named localthumbcache. Feel free to delete the localthumbcache file!
When it comes to the cache folder, open it and delete everything that’s inside of it EXCEPT the FileCache.cfg file! Your game now should load faster. 

Bug may or may not be resolved as Dine Out alerady has ton of bugs that haven't even been fixed in legal versions. So, try that and report if it worked.
