Game crashes after choosing household? Dine out?

HI, I already had get to work, get together and the ultimate fix installed from here before. I had no problem then till i tried updating with dine out, i have the files and re downloaded the new ult fix. Everything was fine i got to make new sims and mods were great, but when i establish my sims into a house they aren't able to anything and if they manage the game crashes and i'm stuck trying to close out of it from task manager. plz help

Please try the game without mods, and also delete the localthumbcache.package file, located under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. Then try the game again. For additional crash-troubleshooting, have a look at the guide here:
