something is wrong with my game

hello ^^ 
i have some problems that my sim cant get a job i call to get a job but if i left the house i find it has no job and i need to get the job again and if i moved to another area the same thing happens again also skills are the same when i move to another area my skills disappear also she became pregnant when i moved to another area she became not pregnant 
what should i do ? 
why is this happening ?
