Exchange problem. Empty Exchange problem.

Okay so i installed a sims3pack from the exchange, now i cant install it because it said i need to update the launcher, anyone know a fix or another way around?

Hello,

Try downloading other items, because some of the things on the Exchange don't work. Maybe you could also try the solution described here:

But you shouldn't count on it too much. Good luck nonetheless!

The store fixes though only fix problems, when they occur in-game, like the problems with the white boxes. They cannot help you install items, if there is an installation problem. Smile
