im having a problem with the no registration needed to download the sims 3 exchange items.[SOLVED]

it was working perfectly fine while i was downloading SimGurus objects it gave me a error with a different page it said something about trace or something please help!

Hello,
Use the [PRTSCRN] button on your keyboard, then open Paint and use [CTRL] + [C] to paste and save the image.
