Sims 3 Exchange Problem. [SOLVED]

Hi, I found a girl in exchange which I liked and downloaded, when I tried to install it, it says me please update your game. Then I decaprified it like Lady Eldi said in her tutorial but I'm taking the same error. Here is the link for her. In exchange it says you need Master Suite. I can't get it work without Master Suite or what is problem? Solved my problem.
