"No game disk found! Please insert Into the future before continuing.:

Hi.

I downloaded Sims 3 complete collection and just finished today. I went to start up the game and upon clicking the arrow it said no game disk found please insert Into the future.. I downloaded each expansion so i dont know why its just into the future..

i applied the ultimate fix and cracked the game with the base crack. i have no luck.. i dont know if i should redo the ultimate fix or its really just my game please help

I also noticed that on some of the expansions and stuff packs ( not all of them) that the only have a few files in the Sims 3/ Game/ Bin folder.. which is where you put the cracks..

It's normal for some expansion packs to just have a few files in the bin folder, you can ignore that.
What I'm wondering is why you're in those bin files in the first place. If you're using our Complete Collection download, you do not need the Ultimate Fix. Just follow the instructions that come with the torrent you downloaded. (These are the most up-to-date instructions)

Please re-do step 4 to fix your issue:

I dont really understand where you got those instructions from because i am on this website and looking at the post **HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE SIMS 3 CORRECTLY** and on step four it does not say what you said. i am also looking at the installation guide from the sims 3 complete collection via the Sims 3 folder (base game) and the step 4 does not match up. can you please tell me where you found that step and what exact instructions i should be looking at thanks. Ive been trying to fix this for the past 4 days.

I'm referring to the Installation Guide in the root folder of the .RAR file you downloaded, not the "Base game" folder.
Your problem is very easy to fix, all you need to do is apply the crack to the correct folder. You should not be touching any of the expansion packs' folders. Just copy the crack that comes with the Complete Collection to only this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin  and choose "Copy and replace", and you're good to go.

I did exactly as you said and the game is still not working.. i unistalled all the expansions and the base game and re-installed them and followed the directions exactly as they said in the guide and i still get the same error.... is there anything else i can do cause i know i put it in the right folder  so yea
