Hello @CristeyKittyCat and welcome to the Forum, Very Happy

I'm sorry to tell, but that is not possible. Simply because the available crack files for the pirated game only support the patch level 1.20. But Backyard Stuff and City Living need "higher" patch versions, and therefore the available cracks are not going to work.

Also, you cannot buy "just" the DLC. You need to buy the base game of The Sims 4 as well.
