Chrashing and error code 12

I've moved two of my families to a another world, (without using long distance moving). I've moved them copying the family in a library and moving them into another city. When i move them to an empty lot to build them a house the game was smooth (it isn't in general),it took 5 minuntes to save and it didn't even glitched. Since one of my sims got a boyfriend the game wont save or crashes after 5-10 minutes of gameplay.I tried to put everybody to sleep while saving or be in a smaller house but it will crash or have an "Error code 12". Im so frustrated right now since its unplayable now. Any advice?

Specs: Win 7 Ultimate, 3GB RAM, 32-bit SP1, AMD Rhadeon HD 6450
Pached to 1.67, WA,Ambitions,Generations,Pets,Seasons,Late Night, if i have too much eps for my comp to handle i will delete ambitions, i dont have a problem with that...

Was this an entirely new world you've sent them to, or an existing save? We have some information on these save errors here, yours is at the very top of that list.

Its an entirely new world. I'll try the porter mod because it now usually crashes when i want to save after playing for 5-10 minutes. I hope it works...
