Question About TS4

So, I have downloaded the files for the backyard stuff pack and city living. My question is, if i added those files with the previous files of G4TW Sims 4 would it give me the packs or would it simply not work? Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, I have a hard time understanding things

We have an installation guide here, that will tell you exactly what to do.


However, the packs you mention aren't included in the fix, so I don't think you can add that to our current version of the game. 
Did you download these legitimately? 

Not really. A person I know from America owns the games and gave me the files, he thought that I may be able to add them to the cracked version. Thank you for replying so quickly, by the way.
