Can't download TS4 Ultimate Fix!

I just downloaded Sims 4 yesterday, but I can't seem to download The Sims 4 Ultimate Fix? The link is crossed out and I can't click on anything. I turned off Adblocker and everything. I'm assuming that I haven't downloaded the most recent update because I can't click on "Enable Custom Content and Mods" in the options of my game, which is probably why my custom content won't work either. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is a torrent so, it'll take a little while but it comes packed with City Living, Vintage Glamour and everything before that ))

Yes, we have taken down the old Ultimate fix links because they have become obsolete.   If there is anything else you need, feel free to update this topic here.
