Mac 'Origin is not currently running' issue

Hey guys!

So I've downloaded the Sims 4 base game, get to work, get together and city living and installed it all using wine, but whenever I try to open the game I get the error message: "Origin is not currently running. Please make sure that Origin is running before attempting to play the Sims 4. [d3382ced]" I've looked through several topics and forums of people who have had the same problem but so far none of the fixes have worked for me. It opens the game, goes to the first white screen before the Sims logo and then goes black before it closes. Does anyone else have experience with this issue who is able to give me a little help?
