sims4 stop working Empty sims4 stop working

hey guys .. so i download sims4 and install it like you said in your steps and it worked fine for half an hour then lagging and shutdown everytime i open it and say sims4 stop working  Why God.

Do you have downloaded sims or houses in your "Tray"-folder? If so, can you try removing them all temporarily? Also, check this post here for other possible solutions:
