Disc Authorization Failure :-S

Ive been trying to download sims 3 pets & generations. Everytime i complete installation it says "Disc Authorization Failure" ive been googling for 48hours and im stuck.. unsure what to do. Theres a similar post in here but in the versions ive downloaded i dont see any installation guides or videos telling me what to do. Is it something to do with the keygen/crack thingy ma-jig? Can someone direct me to where i can get help please x

The message that keeps appearing is "Disc authorization failure: Unable to verify that your disc is a valid copy of the sims 3 pets" (Ive also got town life installed.. it says the same thing.. and when i tried generations last night it said the same thing too)
Ive been uninstalling & trying to generate different keys/codes/serial numbers but it keeps telling me to contact customer service. I also found the link you replied with 2 days ago & that hasnt made a difference. Am i beyond help?

Believe me, if you follow THESE instructions correctly, the game will work fine. Just read & watch VERY carefully.

I have been having the same problem, and I did follow those instructions VERY carefully, and it does not solve the problem. The problem is not that the game asks for the disk, rather when you start up the game to play it after installing, it tells you that is is not able to validate the game, as the previous person said. The crack/fix you linked to does not fix this problem, and, yes, I did install it correctly, I found the instructions very clear and precise.

Please open a new topic, that makes it easier for us to provide more personal support and keep track.
In your post, please add a detailed screenshot of the folder you copied the crack to (showing date modified of the crack files) and a screenshot of the launcher.
