Unable to start the game

Hello everyone, im new here

Whenever i try to open the game, (Sims 4) Origin opens up with the "log in" tab and then the game opens then closes with a black screen and the "Unable to start: Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that Origin is running before attempting to play Then Sims 4". I cant find any fixes... i have Get to Work installed, and that works fine, but after i installed "Get together" the game keeps coming up with that error.

Help would be appreciated
