CC not appear after installed city living.

Hi, i'm already download from this site since last year. Done downloading Get to work and Get together. All ny mods appear when I'm start the game in the list, and there no problem with it. But yesterday, I tried download City Living and admin say ultimate fix been include in the pack. After follow the step, the game is fine but there ni mod appear. Already put at the right folder. Sorry if my english , it's not my main language. Please help me, i want to play with my cc : (

Hello 
You may have to find updated versions of your mod. Mods are often created for a specific version of the game and will not work with other game versions.
It's not always the same with CC (like furniture or hairstyles) but it can still be a problem.
Please try a "clean folder" in Documents\Electronic arts. You can do this by either moving the "The Sims 4" folder away from that directory, or renaming it.

Should i delete the mods folder in documents and start the game back for new folder ? I will try that. Thank you.

You shouldn't have to delete the actual "Mods"-folder.
Try finding new versions for your mods, from the download-sites (where you got the mods from)!
