Sims 4 ulitmate fix, etc.

I just downloaded and installed all the expansions, is there anyway to download Toddlers yet? Do I need to download the ultimate fix before I actually start up a family?

No, the ultimate fix is no longer required when you have City Living.
And no, at present you can't download toddlers and vampires as yet.

Welcome to the forum.
City Living has replaced the Ultimate Fix at this point, since it is pre-cracked, and a fix would, at this time, be about the same size as the City Living file.
