Apartments don't show up (City Living)

After downloading and installing the Sims 4 City Living EP, I wanted to check out the new places so I used one of my current Sims to visit the lot. After visiting the lot, there was no apartment on site, just an empty lot. I tried other apartments/penthouses, but there was nothing as well. I wanted to see if this was the case with the houses in other worlds but they were working. It's really just the new world. What do I do to be able to see the apartments? I really want to play in this world

There are only a few (I think in total 9) apartments/penthouses/studio's in this new world
Just click on the icon for the worlds and investigate.
Select an apartment and let your family move in.

The problem though is all the apartments, when I click them either by visiting only or moving a family into that lot, the apartment is missing and all that's there is an empty lot

The only explanation I can find:
1. incomplete download
2. error whilst extracting with Winrar
3. Crack not placed correctly

Also, are you using the TS4.exe or the TS4_x64.exe for running the game?
