SIMS 4 ULTIMATE FIX DOWNLOAD LINK BROKEN?

for me the download link appears as it has lines across and wont let me download it or click the torent magnets???

I believe the Ultimate Fix is no longer needed and has been replaced by the City Living update. At least, that was the case for me when I downloaded it onto my new computer.
