Hello, I am trying to downoad the last fix but when I try to click on the links it doesnt click. Is there a problem with me or does the link not exist anymore??  Why God. Why God.

Welcome to the forum.
That's correct, the latest torrent (City Living) has replaced the fix. The fix would've been almost similar in size to the to the "City Living" download.
