Sims 4 Crashing on start up

I Pirated the Sims 4 : City Living, I have The Ultimate Fix, And I am running Windows 7 

When I launch TS4 File, It opens to a white screen and crashes, Not sure what to do I tried yesterday and still no luck, thanks for any help!

Did you also pirate the base game, Get to Work and Get Together ?
Just installing City Limits won't work.
After City Limites you do not need the Ultimate fix.

So install in the following order
Base Game
Get To Work
Get Together
City Limits

In your case this means that in the end you'll have te reinstall City Limits again as the last item.

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

Install "Get to Work", then "Get together", and finally again "City Living".   See if the game is playable then.

You could install just the base game, and maybe also apply the "update-only-fix" here:

If you want the DLC later on, you still have to install Get to Work -> Get together -> City Living.

If your torrent client has the latest available updates it doesn't really matter whether you use a .torrent file or load a magnet link. You will get the same item either way. And yes, you can install/play the base game, and get the DLC later. And you could use the "base game update" as well (see my previous post).

Either way it comes with setup files, Is that what it should come with?

Yes (sorry for the late reply). There is a "setup.exe" among the base game content, but the other DLCs are meant to be copied and pasted simply, over the base game installation.

I installed the pirated version of the base game but it kept saying not responding? what do i do?
