Save Game error after Installing Sims 3 : Pets Empty Save Game error after Installing Sims 3 : Pets

Hey admin, I have always enjoyed the Sims Series by you and no problems occurred anytime during installation or gameplay. But after I downloaded and installed Pets Expansion, I can't save the game during most cases. The game shows "Save Game Error, Consult Readme" and returns to the game without saving. After this, the game crashes and closes to desktop. Please Help me!

Hmmm... I think Lady ElDI might be able to help you with this problem, since I'm not very good with in-game problems.

Hello,
You might be able to prevent these errors by using a mod, The error trap.
Its a mod created by a trusted developer which definitely won't cause any problems, and has been known to prevent or trap errors that corrupt neighbourhoods.
Just make sure to read the included readme and back up your save games in case something goes wrong.
I'm using this mod myself and it hasn't given me any grief.

You need to set up a framework. There's a good instruction and a premade framework here.
