Can't Apply Ultimate Fix?

I've uninstalled the Sims 3 & Pets three times total. Tried to apply the ultimate fix, I'm placing it in the correct folder, I know for a fact that I am..

But after I apply the patch for Sims 3 Pets, when I try to add the .exe and .dll from the '# Crack folder', it won't allow me to add the .exe file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

Everytime I try to add it, Windows tells me that the Sims 3 Launcher has stopped working.

Can someone please explain to me why this is happening?

Okay. So I did get the .exe to move into the folder finally!

But I still get the Sims 3 Launcher has stopped working problem..

I've
also tried just manually starting it without the launched by clicking
the .exe and it still doesn't work.. i don't know what to do anymore
