Unable to update. [SOLVED]

Okay, there's a new update, I have all games installed, and when It updates it says that it's unable to continue. So I downloaded the manual patch, but everytime I double click it to install it it says :

"thesims 3 cannot update because programs associated with thesims 3 are currently running. Please stop these applications before attempting to update thesims 3."


I read some other threads, not gonna update, no fix yet.

check on the clock bar if the EA download manager is autorun with windows!

close manualy all program (task manager) and then try to patch
