The Sims Medieval

Hey,

I was just wondering if the fix at https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t916-the-sims-medieval-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems is the one that everyone is talking about? I have a PC, not mac, and do I get the first fix that's there or the temporary one underneath it? I downloaded the first one and read the instructions manual, and it mentions that along with The Sims Medieval you need The Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles. Is there anyway that the fix will work without having Pirates and Nobles? Because I only have the first one. Also, I'm only new to your website (a fantastic one at that) and I'm also not very good with computers and technical language Help? I know I'm asking a bit but this is everything I need to know

I can't get the update for the Sims yet, but i've downloaded the fix ready to go. I just have to pay my internet bill first, so im on a temporary one that can't use much downloads. But I will let you know once i do it
