Sims 3 All Expansions. [SOLVED]

I just got the Sims 3 Complete torrent, and installed everything and follow all steps guide. But, when i try to start the game, crashes:
"service initialization failed (0x024e424f)"
What i made wrong ?

Hello,
First of all I recommend you never download any "Complete packs", since these will cause a lot of irritating problems. Just download all the expansions separately.
For now, please download and apply this Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
Let us know the result afterwards. Good luck!
