Sims 3 error after generations 0x024e424f.[SOLVED]

Hello everyone!
I bought the Sims 3 months ago and installed it.It worked just fine except fro the launcher,which couldnt open, so i bypassed it.
About a week ago i DOWNLOADED the sims 3 late night from piratebay. I installed it but my pc got an error that it could not figure out if the copy was valid or something like that.So i downloaded the latest version of the ultimate fix and applied it, according to the instructions.
The game worked fine for two days. But my launcher started updating my game (update 1.22). After that an error popped up that said that the base game was not compatible with the current sims 3 expansion pack.
I decided to unistall both late night ans the base game in order to install the sims 3 generations too which i downloaded yesterday from piratebay as well.
After reading your topic "how to install the sims 3 correctly, I chose the second way. After installing the sims 3, I installed generations which told me that i had to update the game in order to install.I clicked ok, it update and the installation was complete after a while.
Then i installed the sims 3 late night as well.I forgot to mention that i did not download ea download manager. So I opened the launcher and tried to start the game.
But i got an error "Service initialization failed (0xo24e424f).
I tried the ultimate fix,after turning off the pc,and on again.
I took the files from the #Crack folder and put them in C:/program files/electronic arts/sims 3/game/bin. But the error WON'T GO AWAY!
I did not apply the ultimate fix in late night bin.Should i do that?
I unistalled everything ,so now i can start from the beggining.
Are the torrents my problem?
I don't have any mods or CC.

no.
should i apply it before any expansion,cause a message pops up and sais i need to update while installing them(i also tried to install late night first,but stopped when i was asked to update.)

Yes, use the manual patch first, then install your expansions and when finished, use the crack from the latest fix.
