Animation Problems SIMS 4

Hi, I´ve downloaded and played The Sims 4 with the expansion packs city living, get together and get to work. And when any sim has to eat, take a shower, sleep or hace fun the animation doesn´t appear and sometimes the hunger bar or fun bar fills even though my seem did nothing

What could be the cause of it? Is there any solution?
