Missing contents after installing fix.

Hi guys,
Been having troubles in playing The Sims 4 before the fix came out, the game has been crashing like every 20mins and it hangs every time I saves the game. Hoping the game would run smooth I install the fix that came out last night, but unfortunately, another problem came out. Some neighbourhoods and clothes are gone.
I installed the fix just as what is said on the instruction. 
I swear.

Which .exe are you using to run the game with, the TS4.exe or the TS4_x64.exe? Did you also have a look at this here?
