My Sims4 won't respond

Recently I dowloaded the Sims 4: get to work via games4theworld and my base game is also from the same website. I did according all the steps and I don't install origin in my pc but it kept showing not responding? What should I do?

There might be some issues with the site, or you didn't follow the instructions carefully.
Did you put it on the exceptions for your antivirus? (if you use avast!, go to Settings > Exclusions > The Sims 4 [be sure to send C:\Program Files\Electronic arts\The Sims 4 >>> C:\Program Files\The Sims 4]) move to that location while having antivirus off and then add that folder to the exclusions.

If this didn't work, just let me know before disliking.

I did but it's still not working I will just popup with a white screen loading and then freezes? Idk what should i do

Try to install Get Together from G4TW.
You don't need the "famous" rld.dll, that clashes with your anti-virus, anymore.
Make sure that the file RldOrigin.dll is added to the exceptions of your antivirus, unless you play the 64-bits version of the game (TS4_x64.exe)
