How will future dlc be downloaded?

Hey, so this might be a really dumb question, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere.
Since the dlc was removed from the ultimate fix download and instead patched into the expansion pack torrents, how will we download any of the new game- or stuff packs released after this? Will that be in the ultimate fix, or listed as a separate download? Or will you wait for a new expansion pack to then release that along with whatever dlc has come out ?? Would love some clarity on this :' ) Thank you!

From a purely technical standpoint it doesn't really matter: newer updates will always be in a copy/paste format. But bigger DLC (expansion packs) will be packed in an official torrent. Smaller updates will be packed in an Ultimate fix.

At the end of the game's lifespan, there will be a "complete edition" of The Sims 4, including the base game and all DLC. Plus, we will also look into the possibility of releasing individual DLC, separately.

so the crossing out of the Ultimate Fix (the version with the dlc included) and the n/A status is only temporary?
