Cant find the 3.13.1 Crack for High end loft stuff, Sims 3

The ultimate fix doesn't work, I read that and it has the version, but i tried. It didn't Work
Can you guys help me find this crack? I only have the Base game and loft stuff. Also this is my first post.
Version im looking for is 3.13.1, thank you if you have it.

Hello,
Well, if you don't read the instructions first, of course it won't work.
Please read the included "# Installation Guide.pdf" prior to doing anything and I'm sure you'll find what you're doing wrong.

Already dragged drop the crack for high end loft stuff. Still dont work. I just have that expansion only. Is that a problem?

Yes it is. You'll need either of these:
Generations,
Town Life Stuff or
Pets
to make the fix work.
