Yes, there is! In the meantime we have released a complete store torrent, see this here:

You're welcome; but here's another small tip for now: if you are using some of NRAAS' mods for TS3, consider removing them (temporarily) after you insert the store content. Then test the game and see about the performance. Does your game lag more than before, and if so, is it bearable?

If there is no significant change in performance, try putting back in your NRAAS mods and test again.
