In game glitch. Legit game.

Hello! I am not sure anyone can help with this type of issue but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have the legit base and City living that I am currently playing when I had this issue so it is by no means a G4TW issue.

My sim is offically stuck in some weird void between the first and second floor. Of course I have tried to reset debug her but all that happens is her arms are stuck out to the side and she just turns her head. Lol Somehow she interacts with the Tv and her mood changes but the Tv doesn't even turn on. After restarting the game and moving or removing furniture she is still stuck and now another Sim is stuck upstairs. It is a hilarious glitch but very unplayable. Also the blue chairs are in the picture because I tried to add random objects around to maybe have it push her out of the way but that did absolutely nothing.  

Thank you! I removed my mods and went through a few things. After awhile and some restarting I finally sorted them out. No idea which mod caused the glitch but if I do find out I will share in case someone has the same issues.
