Sims 4 confussion. [SOLVED]

Hello . When parenthood came out i applied it and applied a temporary fix that was out at the time bt nothing else. To install the fitness stuff do i have to apply another fix tha i saw iss going around or can i do it immediatetly.?

If your Parenthood is working, you can safely install the fitness stuff to your game.
