Data Incomplete

I'm sure you're tired of hearing his, but I can't seem to find any actual solutions. I misread the update, and now my expansions are gone. Where can I go and reinstall the expansions so I can go back to where I was? There doesn't seem to be any clear location as to where the City Living, Get to Work and other packs and expansions.
