Sims 4 update help

Hello , I want to update my Sims 4 (Dont know where i got it) but i don't know which update should i DL
Im a complete  noob about this 

Versions
BASE: 1.5.139.1020
GP01: 1.assets.ml-gp01.26
EP01: 1.assets.ml-EP01.11
FP01: 1.assets.ml-FP01.24

I have 
Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat "Expansion?"
So just that

Also install Get Together and City Living and your game will be updated to version 1.25.136.1020

I got the same version and I don't know which DLCs and add-ons shall I download...  Are you sure the game will be updated if we install those DLCs ?

Yes, when you have all DLC's installed you'll have version 1.25.136.1020

Yes, you'll have to buy the games from Origin.
At least the base game and Vampires, but you cannot play the pirated DLC's then.

Yes you can but that's a lot of hassle
You must install the legit games in a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
From that folder you can then only play the base + Vampires and also with Toddlers

When your pirated games are still in Program Files(x86)\The Sims 4 you can play upto and incl. City Living (no Vampires, no Toddlers)
But as both games share the same folder in user\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 you'll gt the update error every time you have played the legit game.
There are some ways around it and if you are really interested in that, I will explain it.

And there's no way to get everything without the legit game or getting update error ?

The legit game is version 1.27
The pirated game is 1.25 so far

When you play the legit game, the file GameVersion in user\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 is set to 1.27
When you now play the pirated game you'll get the update error.

One of the solutions is to copy the file Default.ini from the legit folder The Sims 4\Game\Bin to the same location in your pirated folder.
At least they will now both show 1.27 but your pirated game is in fact still 1.25.
But no longer an update error.

However, when you play with toddlers in your legit game and then switch to the pirated game, the toddlers are no longer there. When you save that game, your self-created toddlers are also no longer in the legit game.

The best way to resolve it all is to create a new user in Windows for either your legit or your pirated game.
you then can log off and log in as a different user and play 2 completely different, undependable games: legit and pirated as each windows-account will have its own user\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder.
So account A plays the legit game and account B plays the pirated game.

I didn't completely understand..  Does it mean that I can't play with the toddlers ? Why shall I play with 2 different versions ?

legit game includes toddlers and vampires
pirated game has no toddlers, no vampires
