Missing Content Empty Missing Content

So, I just recently installed all of the sims expansion packs and the base game and got past the "unable to start" error by reading the instructions on how to do so

but when I started up the game, it's as if there are no expansion packs installed. Is there anything that can be done about this?


[EDIT] Okay so upon realising my mistake (I applied the ultimate fix like an idiot) I removed the fix and replaced it once more with the sims city living files and now the game simply crashes on startup

You must have all the expansion packs installed on The Sims 4 so the game can work, also disable Origin before starting The Sims 4. Also follow the instructions from here.
