Downloading new expansions - missing content

Hey people,

I'm confused with dragging content from downloaded expansions to my Sims 4 base game.

I read the tutorial very carefully to make sure I don't miss anything. Following the expansion steps.
I make sure to select everything, drag it over and replace files.
Now, when I start my game there is no new information of new content or any new feature like toddlers, or new items, somehow.

What am I missing?

What you can do now:
1. Open the folder Game\Bin in your install folder Program Files\The Sims 4
2. In Game\Bin open the file RldOrigin.ini with f.e. Notepad.
3. Write down the number after CNT=  (f.e. 136)
4. Download the latest Game folder from https://goo.gl/wK4LdG
5. Extract download with Winrar
6. Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder Program Files\The Sims 4
7. Copy/Paste the newly downloaded folder Game to your install folder
8. In that new folder again open RldOrigin.ini with Notepad
9. Amend CNT=151 to the number you wrote down in point 3 above, if required also change the language code
10. Save RldOrigin.ini

Now start your game again as an Administrator
