Isla Paradiso is WAY too buggy!
Well what thread says, Overwatch and deleting families like Scott (family) and Amigos and Medina (Houses) will not fully fix.

Hello,
It's probably the world itself, you should try finding one that is fixed. Mod the Sims has several official EA worlds with the routing fixed.

Re: Isla Paradiso is WAY too buggy!
Hi,
The best way that I found was to uninstall the overwatch and nraas mods. I deleted the scott and some other families and the residential areas. The trick is to free up some space. Isla Paradiso is too crowded and hence becomes laggy. I got the idea from the Sims 4. So free up as much space as possible and then the game will run ok. At least, that's how I got results. I use an i3 32 bit laptop.
Hope it helps.

Most Nraas mods do work and would definitely not recommend to uninstall them all, especially Mastercontroller not. But Overwatch seems to do it's job a bit too good. That one can cause problems yes. I don't use it myself, same with Errortrap. But Mastercontroller does work, same goes with most others like Register, Story progression, Porter, Traveller.
Isla Paradiso itself is not free from problems no. When i was playing it i found out that there was a couple who already were ghosts at the start and i didn't found their tombstones (probably on board on their houseboat). So i revived them.
