The Sims 4 Unable to start... Origin Error / Some DLCs not showing up [solved!!]

Hey g4t! Glad to see you guys are still going on.Because there are really no any sites that we can share our issue about this game :p

I downloaded every Sims 4 dlcs (including base game) from here.I did also applied ultimate fix also and:

Here's my issue, as I stated in topic, when I click on the application, I am getting an Origin's not running error which's pretty much common, I know. I tried everything actually, I did put crack related files on the exceptions list, even tried to close Windows Defender (y'know after win10 update it became necessary and you can't delete that) and tried to crack it I mean moved ultimate fix again and again.Still giving Origin error...

So I tried different thing.I cut only ''The Sims 4 folder'' (not Electronic Arts folder) and pasted it on the Program Files(x86) again.Game opened!! But this time, DLCs aren't working, I mean new features don't show up, toddlers still not there etc. 

The thing is; when The Sims 4 folder is under in Electronic Arts folder game's not working;giving Origin Error. If I paste The Sims 4 folder to  the Program Files(x86) game's working but new features aren't there.

I don't know what am I gonna do really.

I read that we're not supposed to do ultimate fix because it messes the game up for now. So with cleaning registries I re-installed game again /including City Living.

But the unable to start Origin is not running error is still going on. 

Sorry I am posting again. But GAME IS WORKING NOW!!!

I did same thing actually: I cut ''only'' The Sims 4 folder under the Electronic Arts folder and pasted it to the Program Files(x86). DLCs weren't showing up because I DID ultimate fix while I shouldn't have done that in first place. I didn't do ultimate fix now and game's working fine with DLCs and with this solution.
