Hello,


Please don't open multiple topics on the same question. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Then you make sure to move the install folder "The Sims 4" directly under C:\Program files. Then try re-starting the game from the TS4_x64.exe. This file is located under Gsme\Bin, but this will only work if you have a 64-bit Windows. See if that works out for you. If not, have another look at this guide here about configuring Windows Defender and anti-virus programs. After doing so, re-apply Get together and the hotfix too.

So running the TS4_x64.exe is working fine for you ? Smile  The 64-bit executable of the (pirated) Sims 4 seems to be less prone to anti-virus interferences...
