Not working

Hi.

I had the base game downloaded already and running fine. I downloaded expansion packs and followed the instructions, the only thing that occurred was during the copying of folders there was an error saying that folder ''Bin'' is open and has to close. I check all the processes trough task manager nothing was open. I skipped then. And ofc I cant open the game it is saying ''Problem occurred and game will be closed''.

What I did wrong and how to fix it?
